PAL Project (People Addressing Loneliness)

Engage with Age addresses the impact of loneliness and isolation in older people through the PAL Project.  Weekly face to face activities take place with groups that are largely run by older people themselves.  Activities include walking groups, social groups, a classic book group, games groups, T’Ai Chi, a dance group, and more.  To get involved, contact Caleb Armitage, PAL Project Officer.
