Welcome to Engage with Age
Our Mission is to empower older people in Belfast to lead happy, healthy, independent, and more connected lives. We are working towards a society in which all older people are respected, valued, included and listened to, and actively involved in shaping the world.
Engage with Age achieves this through a range of programmes that address loneliness, promote good health, support older people’s groups and forums, and empower older people to influence matters that affect their lives.
About Us

We work with thousands of older people and hundreds of older people’s groups every year.

In 2022/23 Engage with Age delivered over 14,000 interactions, with a wide range of activities and initiatives. Our work is bound by our values: older people-led; empowerment; respect; partnership; fun.
